Honeywell Thermostat Instructions

·       Press the horizontal button on the lower left side to choose HEAT or COOL or OFF.

·       Our HVAC system only has two fan speeds.  Press the horizontal button on the lower right side to choose High or Low or Auto.  If Auto is chosen, the HVAC will   automatically engage to maintain the desired room temperature.   

·       Press the up or down arrow buttons to set your desired room temperature.

Please note: 

Our HVAC system has two fan speeds but some of our thermostats may have been installed in a configuration that expects three fan speeds.  This may lead to a situation where the fan does not turn on until the temperature is far from the set point, because the thermostat is trying to activate a fan speed that isn't available.  If you believe your thermostat might have this problem, please contact the office and we will have maintenance check your thermostat.
